Senior Fiat Growth Strategist – Growth & Local Activation (Crypto Native)

In this role, you will focus on driving fiat on/off-ramp user growth across global markets by optimizing the entire growth funnel—from channel strategy to localized execution. Your goal is to increase user penetration and maximize product exposure for fiat-related offerings. Develop and execute growth strategies for fiat on/off-ramp products, including P2P, fiat channels, local agent networks, and KOL/KOC partnerships. Design and localize market-specific growth playbooks tailored to regional user behavior. Lead multi-channel user acquisition campaigns across SEO/SEM, social media, offline activations, referral/rebate programs, and more. Monitor the full conversion funnel and user behavior data to identify drop-offs and drive continuous optimization.
