RFP Development & Management:
- Lead end-to-end RFP responses, drafting, editing, and finalizing content with input from SMEs and leadership.
- Manage project timelines and submission deadlines to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality, competitive proposals.
- Translate complex clinical and operational concepts into clear, compelling narratives aligned with organizational strategy.
Content Strategy & Process Improvement:
- Develop and maintain a reusable content library, including boilerplate and prior responses, to improve consistency and scalability.
- Continuously refine content to reflect current offerings and outcomes, supporting white papers and external materials.
- Enhance RFP processes and templates, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and improve response effectiveness.
Cross-functional Collaboration & Strategic Support:
- Partner with Business Development to align RFP responses with pipeline strategy and priorities for organizational growth.
- Collaborate with clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness of all submissions.
- Support capability building through content standardization and knowledge capture to strengthen overall market positioning.
