Deeply understand our customers' pain points in global workforce management through continuous research, customer interviews, and data analysis. Drive product decisions through rigorous metrics, user feedback, and market insights. Facilitate seamless communication across teams, ensuring alignment on product goals and execution. Continuously monitor global EOR market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies. Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure product growth, user satisfaction, and market penetration.
