Job Description
The Regional CQV Delivery Lead will coordinate the implementation of Global CQV strategies for projects. Responsibilities include collaborating with Global Engineering and Sites to develop C&Q Plans, providing oversight to CQV signatory delegates, and managing staffing for projects. The role also involves reporting on CQ progress, collaborating with Site Operations/site Validation teams, and ensuring successful CQ delivery in support of system acceptance.
Key requirements include a BS Degree in Engineering, 10+ years' relevant experience, and a comprehensive understanding of Pharmaceutical/Bio Science "Contract Manufacturing". Strong leadership skills, financial acumen, and experience as a CQV-Lead or Project Manager are essential. The ability to develop and implement new processes, handle ambiguity, and ensure project CQV documentation is audit-ready is required.
