What You'll Do:
- Configure, customize, and maintain the core claims platform (Origami) and its integrations.
- Develop and execute test scripts, support UAT, and document test results and defects.
- Serve as first-line troubleshooter for system issues and maintain system documentation.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years in insurance claims and claims systems like Origami, Guidewire, or Pega.
- Experience with SaaS platforms, process mapping, and writing test scripts.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base compensation range of $90,000 - $110,000 USD.
