Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the functional design, configuration, and delivery of Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing solutions.
- Define and optimize business rules, market transaction configurations, and customer switching workflows.
- Act as primary functional liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and validation groups.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in functional design and consulting for Oracle Utilities CC&B/CCS implementations.
- Strong expertise with Oracle Utilities Market Transaction Framework (MTF) and utility industry processes.
- Ability to support data conversion, UAT, deployment readiness, and cross-functional alignment.
