Job Description
This role involves working within an organization at the intersection of health care, retail, and financial technology. Responsibilities include building and scaling the Partner Success function, defining partner engagement frameworks, developing reporting dashboards, serving as a thought partner to strategic retail accounts, and translating partner feedback into actionable insights. The Senior Director will maintain an industry-leading partner Net Promoter Score (NPS), develop scalable playbooks, identify and mitigate risks, and create a culture of accountability, partnership, and innovation.
