Seeking a Consultant I, Implementation to join the Customer Success Team. In this role, you will collaborate with a team of professionals to develop standardized solutions for our customers. You will research, diagnose, resolve, and follow up on customer issues related to change events. Additionally, you will manage escalated events as needed. The responsibilities include installing, upgrading, testing, and configuring systems to complete implementation projects, consulting with clients to analyze their operational needs and understand business objectives, and informing customers and stakeholders of project progress.
