Technical Architecture & Design:
- Create detailed technical solution designs, including data models, integration specifications, and security models.
- Own and maintain Salesforce reference architectures and reusable patterns.
- Lead troubleshooting of complex issues across data, integrations, and platform components.
Integration & Data Architecture:
- Design and oversee integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems using API-first principles.
- Define integration contracts, data transformation rules and error handling strategies.
- Ensure governance of master data and consistent platform-to-platform interactions.
Technical Governance & Collaboration:
- Participate in Architectural Review Board processes for platform related decisions.
- Partner with Solution Architects to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with business needs.
- Communicate risks, constraints, and trade-offs clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
