Responsibilities:
- Refresh the content and design of automated email and SMS campaigns to improve engagement and conversion.
- Build and launch SMS journeys to encourage form completion and appointment booking.
- Design new emails to drive peer-to-peer referrals.
Who You Are:
- Experience coding responsive HTML emails for major clients like Gmail, Outlook, and Apple Mail.
- Strong copywriting skills with ability to write compelling subject lines and CTAs.
- Understanding of email marketing fundamentals: segmentation, triggers, and behavioral targeting.
