Responsibilities:
- Own customer issues from initial response through resolution.
- Escalate issues when needed with clear documentation.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
Requirements:
- 2+ years in technical support or a customer-facing technical role.
- Experience with AWS or Azure and familiarity with Kubernetes fundamentals.
- Strong troubleshooting & problem-solving skills.
Communication:
- Provide timely, empathetic, and professional communication.
- Excellent communication and customer management abilities.
Additional:
- Availability to work weekdays night shifts and Saturdays.
- Interest in AI-assisted tooling and modern cloud technologies.
