Responsibilities:

  • Own customer issues from initial response through resolution.
  • Escalate issues when needed with clear documentation.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in technical support or a customer-facing technical role.
  • Experience with AWS or Azure and familiarity with Kubernetes fundamentals.
  • Strong troubleshooting & problem-solving skills.

Communication:

  • Provide timely, empathetic, and professional communication.
  • Excellent communication and customer management abilities.

Additional:

  • Availability to work weekdays night shifts and Saturdays.
  • Interest in AI-assisted tooling and modern cloud technologies.
