Job Description
This role is intentionally general and will evolve as our business grows. For now, focusing on launching and managing new client engagements, from kickoff through handoff to Customer Success. You will translate client goals into clear workflows, deliverables, and internal workstreams. In addition, you will partner with Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) to allocate resources to client work and synthesize customer feedback into actionable insights for our roadmap. Also, you will help pilot new offerings, processes, and workflows across product and services and support all teams with ad hoc research, strategic planning, and sales enablement.
