You will review, address and respond to various benefit charge notices in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have experience completing assigned tasks and agency responses independently upon successful completion of the required training. You have the ability to meet strict agency deadlines and respond to agency and client requests are required for you to succeed in this role. You have experience in Adobe Pro and Microsoft Office use, to include Excel and Word documents. You will report to the Benefit Charge Supervisor.
Prior knowledge of the benefit charge analyst role is required. High School diploma is needed and some college a plus. Demonstrated ability to analyze complex issues and implement solutions. Also needing written and Verbal Communication Skills and Excellent Customer Service Skills.
