Responsibilities:
- Recruit and groom strong engineers and future technical leaders
- Build strong, high performing teams
- Collaborate with partners in Product, Design, and other engineering leads
Requirements:
- 15+ years of overall experience in engineering with Bachelor’s / 13+ years with Master’s degree in computer science
- 3+ years of recent management experience, managing 10+ team members
- 10+ years of individual contributor engineering experience engineering products with a modern tech stack
Preferred Skills:
- Experience or Knowledge of Springboot, Argo will be a plus
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience or Knowledge in financial services
