Lead Software Developer

We are seeking a Lead Software Developer to manage a team of developers while contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality applications. This role requires proficiency with Java, with experience in Kotlin considered a strong advantage. In addition to technical expertise, the lead is responsible for managing team workloads, mentoring developers, and collaborating with other development leads to ensure the delivery of scalable, reliable, and innovative solutions across multiple projects and products. Your impact involves directly managing a team of remote developers, assigning workloads, coordinating with other leads, providing coaching, and serving as a point of escalation. You will collaborate to enhance applications, architect new solutions, balance coding with leadership, develop maintainable code, oversee code reviews, and contribute to code releases. You will also translate stakeholder needs into technical solutions, mentor team members, monitor project progress, and recommend technologies.
