Solutions Architect

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to process improvement and implementation methodology focused on getting customers to value quickly.
• Provide thought leadership on API integration for automation and workflow delivery.
• Conduct business process analyses, needs assessments, and cost/benefit analyses to align technology with business initiatives.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or equivalent practical experience.
• Five or more years of business analysis and consulting experience with enterprise software implementation and change management.
• Five or more years of experience designing and implementing client-facing solutions.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Experience with ServiceNow integration technologies including SSO, SAML, REST, LDAP, and cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as C++, Java, Python, or Perl.
• Experience with API management platforms and the ServiceNow platform.

Role Focus:

• Collaborate with end-users to test implemented solutions and ensure they meet shared requirements.
• Serve as a functional and technical resource, establishing level of effort and duration estimates.
• Build architecture best practices and communicate recommendations to influence decision-makers.
