Essential Functions:
- Manages a Medical Device Collection Program for a region of customer hospital sites, supervising technicians and guiding their collection services.
- Partners with customer representatives to set up new hospitals, conduct site assessments, and ensure technicians are credentialed and approved for service.
- Maintains regional account data in the service platform, updates employee profiles, and completes area invoicing and payroll approvals.
Health and Safety:
- Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies, maintaining safe practices, and managing safety audits and training for all team members.
- Communicates with insurance companies, conducts incident investigations, and monitors safety systems to address unsafe conditions on customer sites.
- Maintains medical records for vaccinations and testing required for credentialing, including COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations.
Travel and Additional Duties:
- Responds as needed to provide assistance during off-hours and maintains availability for conference calls with the Healthcare team and customers.
- Maintains the ability to travel 60% of the time regionally and nationally for inspections, hospital implementations, supervisory tasks, or Corporate meetings.
- Takes on additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization, including vehicle fleet maintenance and expense tracking.
