Senior Platform Architect

Role Overview:

• As a Senior Platform Architect, you will be an advisory role helping customers establish a technical foundation on the ServiceNow Platform.
• You will design solutions that deliver outcomes and ensure customers use leading practices around instance strategy, technical governance, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as an architectural advisor across multiple engagements, guiding customers, partners, and internal team members.
• Translate business information and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint to achieve complex goals.
• Manage technical governance, ensure instance health, and reduce technical debt.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years progressive experience in a professional services (SaaS) organization or equivalent.
• Enterprise architecture and cloud application technology experience.
• Fluent in Danish and English with right to work in country.
