Applied AI Engineer - ANZ

Key Responsibilities:

• Embed with enterprise engineering teams to drive deep, lasting adoption of Devin, owning outcomes beyond onboarding.
• Architect and implement agentic workflows across engineering, QA, support, data, and product, identifying high-leverage AI use cases.
• Quantify impact by tracking productivity metrics and surfacing ROI stories to expand Devin's footprint.

Requirements:

• Degree in a STEM field or equivalent hands-on experience with 3+ years as a software engineer or similar role.
• Strong coding proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar.
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical topics to diverse audiences and drive technical adoption.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience leading developer enablement, platform adoption, or internal AI modernization with measurable results.
• Deployed or integrated LLM or agent-based systems in production settings.
• Energized by seeing a team's velocity compound after working with them and engineering those outcomes deliberately.
