AI Augmented Developper II (Clinic)

What you'll do:

• Develop and maintain application modules using AI and AI-assisted coding tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) within a technology ecosystem built on C, C++, C#, Delphi, DevExpress, application services, and Oracle (PL/SQL).
• Debug complex issues in a multi-technology environment with numerous integrations, and generate, validate, and evolve unit tests with AI assistance.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation using AI-powered tools, and keep the end user in mind: what you build is used by clinicians and has a direct impact on patient care.

How you'll use AI:

• Use AI coding assistants daily to generate, complete, and understand code, and quickly build proficiency in unfamiliar technologies and codebases.
• Generate and critically evaluate automated tests, implement AI-assisted quality controls within the delivery pipeline, and use AI to analyze logs, errors, and stack traces.
• Write precise prompts and refine them iteratively, and quickly adopt new AI tools or models when they provide measurable gains.
