Role and Responsibilities:

  • Design, estimate, code, test, document, and maintain components of a commercial on-premises enterprise software product.
  • Champion the adoption of AI-assisted software development practices across the project team.
  • Identify opportunities to improve developer productivity and code quality using AI-powered development tools.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of professional C# and .NET development experience.
  • Experience with AI coding agents like Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar.
  • Strong object-oriented design, debugging, and analytical problem-solving skills.
