Principal Manager, Clinical Operations Lead

Role Overview:

• Lead clinical trial execution and operational delivery across internal and external stakeholders from study start-up through execution.
• Provide oversight of CROs, vendors, and clinical trial partners to ensure quality, compliance, timelines, and budget objectives are achieved.
• Serve as the Clinical Operations leader for the team of CTMs, CRAs, and CTAs for each assigned project.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in life science, nursing, or similar; 7+ years of leadership in global clinical operations.
• Preferred: Master's degree, experience in late-phase oncology, cell/gene therapy, and process improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex cross-functional environments.
