Reservations Agent (m/w/d) - Remote Dusseldorf

As a Reservations Agent, your responsibilities include conducting daily arrival and departure checks, advising international guests by phone or email ensuring a pleasant guest journey, and maintaining our PMS and hotel-specific systems as well as guest and customer data. You will also review existing reservations and incoming payments, apply Ruby SOPs daily, and conduct monthly overnight statistics and process commissions. Ruby is looking for someone with a hotel management background, experience in a similar position, a warm and friendly demeanor, analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office and reservation systems.
