Senior Backend Engineer

Accountabilities:

• Design, develop, maintain, and operate backend services supporting WebRTC and Voice SDK products.
• Improve reliability, scalability, and architecture of customer-facing distributed services.
• Diagnose and resolve production issues across application services, networking layers, and infrastructure.

Requirements:

• Strong experience building and operating backend services in production, especially distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with Elixir or Erlang, or willingness to learn it quickly.
• Practical experience with Kubernetes, containers, CI/CD, and observability tools.
