Job Description
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating vendor agreements, including service contracts, supplier agreements, sponsorship agreements, speaker agreements and confidentiality agreements. Ensure contracts align with the company’s legal and business requirements. Conduct legal research and stay current on relevant regulations, contract laws, and industry standards affecting vendor relationships and event management. Assist the legal team and marketing team with reviewing Speaker presentations for compliance with applicable law, including but not limited FTC’s guidelines. Assist the Legal team in identifying, investigating, and resolving marketing infractions, including reviewing promotional content compliance related risks Contract Negotiation Support. Take part in vendor communication, under supervision, to align agreement terms with legal and business requirements.
