Job Description
We are a small, agile team, and we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled commercial attorney to join us as our second dedicated legal hire. Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, this role will play a pivotal role in driving our legal strategy and the company’s growth. You’ll oversee BMG Money’s commercial contracting function while advising on brand collaborations, channel expansion, and growth into new products and markets. You’ll manage complex vendor and partnership agreements, enhance contract playbooks and lifecycle processes, and support cross-functional teams across marketing, production, supply chain, and technology. This is a hands-on role for a proactive, solution-oriented professional who is comfortable wearing many hats and "rolling up their sleeves" to tackle a wide variety of legal work.
