Solutions Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Run technical discovery and workshops with each client, translating needs into buildable product requirements.
• Design the end-to-end MCP flow and integration architecture for hosted and on-premise scenarios.
• Complete security questionnaires, handle procurement, and oversee deployment via the freelancer network.

Requirements:

• Technically credible: read code, reason about MCP and agent stack, and scope deployments.
• Comfortable leading technical conversations with enterprise clients.
• Experience in regulated industries (finance, insurance), understanding compliance and data residency.
• Ability to drive ambiguity across sales, ops, and engineering.

What This Role Is Not:

• Not a backend engineering role; you work with clients most of the week.
• Not a pure pre-sales role; you own architecture, requirements, and delivery oversight.
• Not a slideware role; real technical depth required even without daily production coding.

Practicalities:

• Remote-first, based in Europe; travel roughly once a month to Paris, London, Madrid, and later US.
• First hire in this function, working directly with founders and engineering team.
