Responsibilities:
- Ensure utilization of sales quotas and sound business development practices.
- Align regional Sales and Marketing efforts with overall company vision.
Talent Management:
- Partner with Talent Team to attract, develop, and retain high-caliber people.
- Set goals, align performance and rewards, and address performance issues.
Requirements:
- Ten or more years of Sales/Marketing experience with progressive career growth.
- Experience in multi-property branded full-service hotels on the east coast.
- Lodging/hospitality industry experience with ability to lead large initiatives.
