Responsibilities:

  • Ensure utilization of sales quotas and sound business development practices.
  • Align regional Sales and Marketing efforts with overall company vision.

Talent Management:

  • Partner with Talent Team to attract, develop, and retain high-caliber people.
  • Set goals, align performance and rewards, and address performance issues.

Requirements:

  • Ten or more years of Sales/Marketing experience with progressive career growth.
  • Experience in multi-property branded full-service hotels on the east coast.
  • Lodging/hospitality industry experience with ability to lead large initiatives.
