Proposal Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle federal proposals from kickoff to submission, ensuring compliance and timely delivery.
• Manage multiple concurrent bids, including fast-turn task orders, while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Write, edit, and refine proposal content, taking a hands-on approach to crafting compelling responses.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of federal proposal experience is a must-have, with a background in government contracting.
• Proven ability to handle multiple proposals independently and work effectively in IDIQ/task order environments.
• Strong writing skills are non-negotiable, coupled with experience collaborating with SMEs and BD teams.
