This role will design and lead our global BDR strategy, programs, and team to fuel our growth engine, reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). You’ll oversee all BDR motions— inbound qualification and outbound prospecting —while also building the next-generation AI-powered outbound workflow that modernizes how we identify, engage, and qualify enterprise prospects. We’re looking for a proven B2B sales development leader who thrives at building high-performing teams and has the foresight to integrate AI, automation, and data into every stage of outbound engagement.
Responsibilities include owning the global BDR function, deploying a comprehensive AI-driven outbound workflow, partnering with marketing and sales leadership to define the right customer segments, building frameworks and processes that allow BDRs to quickly adjust strategy, and developing clear forecasting models. You will also be responsible for managing BDR capacity and productivity, recruiting and motivating BDRs, ensuring successful onboarding, and defining the blueprint for data, processes, and technology.
