We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager / Sales Manager to join our team. As a BDM, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and closing sales deals. Additionally, you will work closely with the Account Management and Recruitment teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
Responsibilities include conducting market research to identify customer needs, establishing rapport with potential clients through effective communication. Pitch company services and its UVP to prospects, maintain an updated CRM system and create quotes and proposals. Ensuring the achievement of business development goals, cultivate long-term relationships with new clients, including post-sale communication.
