Job Description
As a key strategic contributor to Klim’s commercial growth, your mission is to identify and shape new markets, build high-impact partnerships, and drive the intelligence behind where and how Klim grows next. This is not a sales role - it’s a deeply strategic position focused on market development, partner ecosystem design, and go-to-market strategy. You’ll combine analytical rigour with relationship-building to support Klim’s expansion across key markets such as the UK and US, and play a crucial role in scaling our regenerative agriculture impact.
Identify and develop strategic partnerships (e.g. banks, ESG/carbon accounting companies) that accelerate Klim’s commercial impact and scalability. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, associations, and ecosystem players in sustainability, food and agriculture, and the financial market to drive sustainable market success. Lead projects, market research and opportunity analysis for Klim’s expansion into new regions and support Klim’s existing markets. Support the development of go-to-market strategies through structured insights, segmentation, and prioritisation frameworks. Track and analyse trends in regenerative agriculture and agri-finance to inform strategic direction and conduct competitor analysis.
Deliver commercial business cases, and partnership assessments to guide decision-making. Represent Klim at industry events, helping to elevate our profile and create opportunities for future collaboration.
