• Develop and execute comprehensive trading strategies for digital asset derivatives.
• Drive P&L growth while maintaining disciplined risk management practices
• Lead, execute and optimize trading strategies and portfolio management decisions.

• Build and manage a global trading operations team to support client trading activities.
• Ensure timely settlements, reconciliation, and implement strong risk mitigation strategies.
