- Own and optimize the marketing automation platform (Pardot) and CRM (Salesforce), ensuring data accuracy and compliance with regulations like GDPR and CCPA.
- Evaluate, implement, and integrate new tools across the go-to-market tech stack, performing audits to identify and fix inefficiencies.
Campaign Execution:
- Partner with the Marketing Automation Manager to build scalable campaign execution frameworks, workflows, and automations.
- Identify workflow bottlenecks and implement process improvements to increase team velocity and ensure proper tracking across channels.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor marketing data quality and troubleshoot issues across the GTM stack, including Pardot, Salesforce, and Chili Piper.
- Analyze complex marketing data to deliver actionable insights that inform campaign and go-to-market strategy, supporting attribution modeling.
Process Optimization & Enablement:
- Build systems and automations to reduce manual work, leveraging AI tools to improve team efficiency and scale marketing operations.
- Stay current on emerging marketing technologies and AI tooling, bringing forward recommendations and documenting workflows as the team scales.
