Job Description
Provide L1/L2 technical support in a multi-location, remote work environment with the expertise to navigate a range of technological environments. Key responsibilities include maintaining computer systems, providing end-user support, resolving technical issues, and offering technical assistance across operating systems and applications. The role involves providing remote support via telephone, Microsoft Teams, and remote access. The IT Support Specialist will equip new employees with necessary hardware and access to company systems.
Additional duties include drafting checklists, processes, and knowledge base documents for help desk staff, contributing to internal wikis with technical documentation, and installing/configuring software and hardware. Troubleshooting issues, upgrading systems, and ensuring system security are also key components of the role. Knowledge of Dental Industry Hardware and Software is a plus.
