Knowledge Management Intern

This internship will provide hands-on experience in knowledge systems, organizational design, AI tools, cross-team collaboration, and change management. The intern will be responsible for assisting in seamlessly migrating content from the current platform to the new KM platform, supporting stakeholder collaboration, and ensuring content remains user-centred, accurate, and easy to use. Key responsibilities include platform migration, training and platform adoption, stakeholder collaboration, content development, content organization & optimization, and monitoring & continuous improvement. The successful candidate will track usage metrics, provide actionable insights on content engagement, and recommend iterative improvements based on user feedback and platform analytics.
