Job Description

Handling POPs tickets related employees' and managers' questions. Serving as the primary point of contact for employee support, addressing and resolving inquiries related to HR policies, benefits and other employee-related matters. Maintaining globally employee profiles in HRIS (HiBob) including mass uploads, and data quality tasks as a part of the central Employee Lifecycle Team. Administration tasks for DACH region related to Payroll activities. Processing the payroll input for Germany, Austria and Switzerland, and collaborating with local vendor team. Administration of other HR tools and systems. Improving people processes and guidelines (employee handbook & People Leader Guide) based on the feedback from People Managers and Jira tickets. Opportunities to engage in global projects based on individual areas of interest. General understanding of HR processes and systems, German labor law knowledge and experience in preparing data for payroll is required.
