Job Description

Drive regional sales and distribution for the Midwest Industrial Elastomers Segment within the AMR region. This role focuses on growing key accounts, securing new business, and building strong relationships with OEMs and molders across all relevant markets. The ideal candidate will execute strategic sales initiatives, promote product adoption, and contribute to overall market growth. Responsible for executing a regional sales and distribution strategy for the Industrial Elastomers business. Key responsibilities include executing sales strategies, working with the Global Marketing manager for NPI launches, maintaining existing accounts, identifying new targets, driving growth, and ensuring forecast accuracy. Utilize SalesForce.com CRM, identify and manage Key Accounts, and travel to customers and distributors. Work closely with the Regional Commercial Leader and the Global Marketing Director. To be successful, candidates will have strong cross-functional skills, problem-solving abilities, and proven ability to develop and execute strategies.
