Your Mission:

  • Be the primary voice for Tilt, handling critical customer and seller interactions through chat and email.
  • Turn moments like orders, returns, and onboarding into opportunities to build trust and shape company policies.

  • Resolve common marketplace questions and own a specific queue area like shipping or refunds.
  • Spot patterns to create process improvements, better saved replies, and clearer help content.
  • Proactively communicate and close the loop on all conversations to maintain tidy and effective support.
