Consultant – Business Transformation

Role Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional transformation programs, maintaining accountability for outputs and project coordination.
• Produce and track critical program materials including project plans, status reports, and milestone documentation to ensure disciplined execution.
• Develop change management deliverables such as impact assessments and stakeholder communications to drive real adoption of new initiatives.

Candidate Profile:

• Possesses 2+ years in fast-paced, large enterprise environments with exposure to complex transformation programs and change management.
• Demonstrates adaptability, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to communicate clearly and build credibility with clients and colleagues.
• Brings high proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and has a genuine interest in how AI is changing consulting delivery.
