Position Overview:
- Driving sales, margin, and volume growth while managing strategic accounts.
- Partnering closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Requiring strong relationship management and commercial acumen.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities.
- Developing and executing strategic account plans.
- Collaborating with marketing and provide feedback on campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required, majoring in chemical engineering, polymer engineering, business or related field preferred.
- 7+ years of applicable polymer and/or technical sales, distribution, or related experience.
- Experience with CRM software, specifically Salesforce, preferred.
