Position Overview:

  • Driving sales, margin, and volume growth while managing strategic accounts.
  • Partnering closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Requiring strong relationship management and commercial acumen.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities.
  • Developing and executing strategic account plans.
  • Collaborating with marketing and provide feedback on campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, majoring in chemical engineering, polymer engineering, business or related field preferred.
  • 7+ years of applicable polymer and/or technical sales, distribution, or related experience.
  • Experience with CRM software, specifically Salesforce, preferred.
