Responsibilities:
- Lead execution of tax equity and preferred equity investments from term sheet through close.
- Identify, structure around, price, and document transaction risk.
- Build and review partnership and hybrid models, and prepare IC materials.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA a plus.
- 8+ years in renewable energy, structured finance, or infrastructure investing.
- Working command of partnership structures and strong modeling skills.
