Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage the coaching app daily, ensuring resources are accessible.
  • Monitor and respond to client messages in a timely and thoughtful manner.
  • Update client settings and backend items as requested.

Client Communication & Support:

  • Reply to client messages with empathy, matching the brand's tone.
  • Escalate sensitive questions to Brittany with context and drafts.
  • Manage client touchpoints so they feel supported.

Executive & Personal Assistance:

  • Assist in organizing daily priorities across clients, launches, and events.
  • Manage calendars by booking calls and blocking focus time.
  • Provide light personal admin support related to the business.
