Core Responsibilities:
- Manage the coaching app daily, ensuring resources are accessible.
- Monitor and respond to client messages in a timely and thoughtful manner.
- Update client settings and backend items as requested.
Client Communication & Support:
- Reply to client messages with empathy, matching the brand's tone.
- Escalate sensitive questions to Brittany with context and drafts.
- Manage client touchpoints so they feel supported.
Executive & Personal Assistance:
- Assist in organizing daily priorities across clients, launches, and events.
- Manage calendars by booking calls and blocking focus time.
- Provide light personal admin support related to the business.
