Utilities Manager

Team Leadership:

• Give every community a named owner for recapture performance and run a monthly cadence to review results.
• Coach analysts on rate analysis and state compliance to sharpen the team's skills.
• Handle performance issues early and track every item to a named owner and date.

Utility Recapture and Reporting:

• Own the monthly recapture cycle: expense versus resident billing income by community, fund, and utility line.
• Investigate every miss, document root cause, and maintain the billback opportunity pipeline.
• Flag over recapture and under recapture, and prepare executive roll-ups for P&L calls.

Billing Operations and Compliance:

• Manage rate table changes and new billback launches in the billing platform, including exception review.
• Audit provider invoices against resident billing to confirm pass-through accuracy.
• Maintain rate notice compliance tracker across every operating state to ensure 100% legal compliance.
