GCG Custom Engineered Solutions (CES) is seeking Customer Service Representatives to join our Customer Service team! You will thrive in a fast-paced, business-to-business environment. As a Customer Service Rep, you will work collaboratively with internal partners to provide support for customers across the division. You will onboard new customers and manage day-to-day customer activities such as customer orders, inquiries, and post-sale transactions to ensure customer satisfaction. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm CST or EST.
