Vice President, Strategic Delivery Office

The Vice President, Strategic Delivery's primary responsibility is to assist in prioritizing and driving the company’s business transformation agenda, from program inception to enabling successful delivery execution across the organization. The VP is responsible for mobilizing and aligning cross-functional efforts throughout the development cycle, executing plans and deliverables, ensuring organizational readiness, and managing the launch in a way that maximizes outcomes across all of PointClickCare’s business units. We are seeking a forward-thinking professional to lead AI-powered initiatives and will be responsible for driving adoption of AI technologies that enhance our business processes and drive innovation. This role will also drive cross-functional alignment, commitment, and collaboration, championing organizational change management activities and ensuring transformation success tied to the corporate OKRs. The VP works in conjunction with technology & business leaders and cross-functional teams to successfully launch projects, interfacing with all levels of stakeholders across the business.
