Staff AI Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Write and ship production AI code daily, leading work on retrieval and inference layers.
• Build the inference and signal layer on top of our data platform, turning signals into actions.
• Set patterns for other teams and own evaluation and observability for AI systems.

Required Experience:

• 8+ years of software engineering with 3+ years shipping AI/ML systems to production.
• Strong proficiency in Python, advanced SQL, and production retrieval and context engineering.
• Experience with agentic systems, durable workflows, and cloud deployment on AWS.
