What you will be working on:
- Embed across Engineering, GTM, People, Support, Finance, and Ops to identify AI automation opportunities.
- Build internal tools and agents end-to-end, connecting tech stack to daily workflows.
- Develop a framework to track the value of AI solutions with key metrics and targets.
Experience we expect you to bring:
- 7+ years of software engineering experience with MBB or Big4 consulting background.
- Strong experience using Codex, Claude Code, or similar to ship working solutions.
- Broad understanding of AI technology, including LLM vs ML, and relevant patterns.
