Job Description
This role is for a hands-on Marketing Operations Manager to build out the technical side of marketing campaigns. Responsibilities include building, QAing, and deploying end-to-end campaigns and nurture automations, ensuring on-time and error-free launches. Also enforce data hygiene and tracking through UTMs, SFDC Campaigns, and segmentation lists, with tools like Dataloader and Clay.
Required skills include advanced proficiency in HubSpot Marketing Hub (Enterprise) and intermediate proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC). Proven experience with Salesforce Dataloader for bulk imports/updates and strong data governance skills are essential.
