Job Description
Play a critical role in expanding the adoption of USDe, USDtb, and other core Ethena product lines via partnerships, integrations, and relationship building. Work with the Commercial team and related functions to efficiently establish relationships, onboard, then close integrations that will bring Ethena products to new users and pools of capital. This role is ideal for someone who has strong verbal and written communication skills, is a creative problem solver, and has deep domain expertise in stablecoins and decentralized finance. The candidate should also have an extensive network across the industry across other operators, along with investors and traders. Drive adoption by sourcing, evaluating, and closing new partnership opportunities to expand USDe and Ethena product use across DeFi, exchanges, wallets, and fintech platforms. Build the ecosystem by developing relationships with key players such as liquidity providers, on/off-ramps, payment processors, and foundations of blockchains and other projects. Support integrations by collaborating with product and technical teams to onboard partners. Conduct market research to monitor trends in asset issuance, DeFi, and regulatory developments, informing business strategy. Execute deals by managing the partnership process from outreach and negotiation, to legal review and go-to-market coordination efforts. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, legal, and compliance teams to run co-marketing initiatives and ensure partnership alignment. Engage with the community by representing the company in calls, events, and online forums to strengthen brand presence and thought leadership in the stablecoin space.
